Exchange/Return Policy:

1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 14 days of delivery date. 

 

2. We will issue an exchange or refund via e-Vouchers by email.

 

3. All return / exchange is not used or expired, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any. 

 

4. Buyer to borne charges for all return by post/courier service. 

 

5. Ourlittlebasket (OLB) reserves the right to reject any return/exchanges.

 

 

Procedure to exchange/return:

1. Fill up on the "Return Form" and submit.

 

2. You will receive a email notification to proceed for return.

 

3. Return the parcel to our office by hand/courier/post at buyer cost.
